Taylor is certified in Progressive Ballet Technique since 2019. Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels. PBT helps teachers around the world prepare their students to receive the strength they need to achieve their personal best.

Introductory Package
I’d love to introduce you to my new studio! Try three private training sessions with your customized training plan featuring your choice of Classical Pilates, dance technique, or Progressive Ballet Technique.
3 50-55 minute sessions: $100- 1 month to use from start date purchased
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid a fee, please cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged.
30 Minute Session Rates
Your customized 30 minute personal training session.
Single session: $50
5 Sessions: $225- 2 months to use from start date purchased
10 Sessions: $400- 3 months to use from start date purchased

50-55 Minute Session Rates
Ready for more? Join me for a full 50-55 minutes of training focused specifically on meeting your fitness needs.

What to Bring:
Bring yourself, water, a towel, and no-slip pilates socks, or regular socks you’re comfortable training in.
Payments for sessions can be given in cash or sent through Zelle.
Where to park:
Parking is easy! There’s plenty of shady parking in lot surrounding the building at 499 NW 70th Ave.
Taylor Made Training is located toward the eastern side of the building.
